Personnel complaints

After waiting one week, i have yet to hear one word from the company. Apparently it is ok that a cashier, in front of a child and other customers, and while in front of his manager, use the F bomb, and act in the manner he did! Not one word from the company!

The things I have seen this company do to elderly customers is beyond horrendous!!!! They target elderly ppl with dementia and once they get the financial information they charge their cards, and process checks without the customers knowledge or consent!

Almost impossible to get up with a claims adjuster

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They originally called me in December. DEcember28, 2018. I put down a deposit. APProximately $400.00. My mechanic called them February12 and FEBRUARY 13 and WAS ON HOLD OVER 20 MINUTES BOTH TIMES. He LEFT HIS CALL BACK NUMBER THE FIRST DAYAND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CALLED BACK IN 7 MINUTES. hE HASN'T BEEN CALLED YET. I HAVE TALKED TO MY ACCOUNT MANAGER AND i THINK HE MAY BE TRYING TO HELP ME. i WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. I think I should have saved my money and paid for the repairs myself. They should be reported to The Better Business Bureau. Thank You, A New Customer in Winterville, NC May Be a Former Customer

The man proceeded to interrupt me and said no I'm from New York so once you quit while you're ahead Miss Roper and was very very rude to me and then hung the phone up. Very very unprofessional! please do not ever call me again. Unless to apologize

TOTALLY TICKED

The person that I briefly spoke to called from 540-860-****, he sounded like an older male, who was rude, talking fast and was yelling at me. Telling me to get a pen, he needed my VIN# and credit card. Asked me how my vehicle had been running. When I started asking questions so I understand what he was calling for, he yelled to someone to send them a letter and said "this is suppose to be Generation X". When I called the number back it states "enter this number to be taken off the list."

Disgusted

Received a call today 1/10/19. He went into spiel. The only reason I was home and able to answer the phone is because I have appointment with surgeon. I told him I have to leave. Next thing I hear is WELL I WISH YOU ALL THE LUCK WITH YOUR PHONY APPOINTMENT AND YOU PHONY LIE ABOUT IT. Then he hung up. I am on my way to find out if the surgeon can save my life from lung cancer!!!!! I am still shaking. Never in my life have I had such an experience. I work in a call center myself and if I EVER treated anyone like that I would not have a job.... In one word I am totally disgusted with the person on the phone. I found their number online and called. Reported it. All I got is we will remove your number. Stay far, far away from a company like that

FRAUD

They called my mother and advised her policy was about to cancel. They requested a payment from her. She is not the owner of my vehicle and I don't know how they got her phone number. I made a call to the number they left her. I spoke with a representative. I advised him my car is not in her name and she could not make any decisions. He stated he would all her back to advise he would call her back to cancel the transaction. This call never happen. Rep then tried to get me to purchase extended warranty. Advised would never do business with them. With the tactics they use.

Telemarketer called me and was rude and harassing

They called asking for me and my husband by name. When I said I didn't own the car they asked about, they kept pushing me to say whether or not my husband owned that car. When I said we didn't need an extended warranty they said that wasn't what they were calling about. I argued slightly with them and then the horrible representative said, "I am not going to be yelled at by a stranger!" I wasn't yelling and he was the one bullying me so I hung up. I called and pressed "2" for supposedly being put on their "do not call" list but I'm not sure that will work.

Do use the initials NAD? Do your company use tlelphone number 1-53*-201-**** ?

Our home has been getting over 5 calls a day for the last 4 or 5 months. There is no recording or person to answer. When I return a call I get a recording giving me a menu, however I can never get a live person. When I ask that the calls stop it doesn't. So as a last resource I am asking, NO DEMANDING that your company cease calling or start paying our home the amount of 1 years profit for harassment.

Will not stop calling me, even after saying they closed my file.

They call me every couple of days, even on a Sunday. I have told them to take me off their calling list, but, I still get calls. And all they do is argue with me about having coverage for my car. The don't seem to understand that I don't want them to call and that I can't afford them. I am on Social Security Disability and can not afford what they are offering. I am tired of their phone calls, especially on Sundays. And all they say is we can figure out a payment plan to buy their warranty. They talk over what I am trying to say to them and they don't hear what I have to say.

NonStop Calls

Call 1-80*-430-**** Ext 420 Michael Delissio - he swears the calls will stop in 48 hours.....I have filed numerous complaints with the Attny General's office. Everyone should do the same, this is a disgusting tactic that goes beyond marketing and is in the realm of harassment.

Complain loudly to the "customer service" department and you just might get some relief. Tell them that you are recording the phone call, that seemed to work!

They are relentless and have no conscience as to the time of day they are calling. Would NEVER give them my business just based on this experience alone - I DON'T EVEN OWN THE CAR ANYMORE, they refuse to believe it.

I had a similar situation, they called and called and called and even threatened me that if I did not buy right then and there I would never be able to buy a warranty. The guy that called and harassed me was Brad Traversi with Warranty Warehouse. Some digging online found that Warranty Warehouse and National Auto Division are the same company as well as Metro Marketing.

the owner of all three companies is Ariel Freud, and recently started using the name Nationwide Automotive as well now!

Tired of them calling

I never would have bought a new car if I had known I would have started receiving monthly phone calls from these people for the past 2.5 years. I have asked them to put me on their do not call list but they just call from another number. The government needs to regulate these companies. The number of calls you get from people trying to sell you extended warranty service is aggravating. Starts even before the new car warranty expires.

National Auto Division - Warranty Warehouse - Nationwide Automotive all a SCAM

These THREE companies are all the same! They are owned and operated by NJ Fraudster Ariel Freud. Ariel originally Metro Marketing to *** consumers into buying his FAKE warranties that don't pay claims. As the consumer complaints piled up, he started creating multiple company names to operate under. These are all the sams SCAM located in Howell NJ. Ariel Freud lives in Millstone, NJ with his wife Bonnie in a multi million dollar home they purchased with the millions they have scammed consumers out of. He also enjoys overworking his employees, violating state and federal labor laws and has recently been reported to the NJ Attorney General for his misleading business practices. He forces his employees to tell every customer they are with the dealer or manufacturer when they have NOTHING to do with them. They tell consumers they have access to a national database (no such database exists) and tell the consumer they are NOT protected when they do in fact have coverage with another company or a dealer, they tell the customer (especially the elderly ones) they will repossess their car if they don't buy a warranty or it is against the law to drive without a warranty.

STAY AWAY FROM WARRANTY WAREHOUSE, NATIONAL AUTO DIVISION, NATIONWIDE AUTOMOTIVE AND METRO MARKETING!!

They tried to scam me

He wanted my credit card number they tried to use the fact that they knew my vin# as proof that they were legit when i told him that don't mean a thing he still tried to get my credit number. i continue to ask him to mail me the info or give me their number and i will then decide.

he said all he can not unless i give method of payment and card number and i could call the credit card 800 number to stop payment if i don't get the warranty. i said than take me off the list than he continue to try to get my credit card number i hung up and he called back on a N J number i did not answer. He think that people are really dumb I some have fallen for that scam not me.

anyway i don't deal with high pressure sale tactics. consumers beware!!!!

Wow the same exact thing this happened to me,that's why I goggle them for complaints and to see if they are a real company.

Dona Yja

I assume this company is selling auto extended warranties. In any event, they are all scams.

Who would purchase an auto warranty from an unknown company who calls you on the phone or sends a letter to you in the mail? Your state, and most others sell auto registration info and thus, your name, reg.

number, etc. all end up with people trying to sell you something.
